• Return of item can be done due to;

a) Wrong item

b) Defective Item

• The product must be unused, unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

• Product can be returned (shipped back) within seven days of its delivery date.

• Product should be sealed, in case of software error our customer services department should be contacted.

• Original invoices, manual, offer letters, gifts must be with the package.

• Cancellation charges will be Rs.150

• Seven-day return policy.

Payment method; Cash on delivery – Bank, Prepaid – Online Payment

● All request of returns should be generated on website only. Other mediums of communication will not be entertained for returns/exchange request.

● Returns and exchange policy doesn’t cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

● SSC does not offer any repair services or warranty services. Warranty of merchants are fulfilled by merchants, not by SSC.

● All decisions made by SSC are final.
